Cannelloni needs a bit of a tweak next time i make it, it was still was good but i haven't done a proper meat one for over 30 years as i usually do a tuna one i have down pat. My main problem was i made a really nice tomato sauce to pour over the tubes which were stuffed with cooked beef mince, zucchini , onion and garlic and herbs. The sauce was great but my mistake was that i cooked it down to much and even though the flavour was nice and rich i really only had enough to cover the pasta and it still had to go in the oven with about 25 mins cooking time, with about 10 minutes cooking time left it looked like it was drying out to much and some of the cannelloni was still dry so added some passata on top which saved it. Next time i make it i am not going to do to much different but make a lot more tomato sauce and not cook it down as much so it still has plenty of liquid for the tubes to absorb.

I'll plug Appliances Online who delivered it next day and we live semi remotely on the south coast. Best company I have ever dealt with. 10/10 for customer service.
Don't ask me who my worse experience was with. Starts with F and ends M. Waited 4 months for a lounge. They sent the wrong configuration. 3 weeks to sort the mess out then they wanted us to wait another 4 months for the replacement to be made in China so we said no thanks. We then waited another 2 weeks for them to come and pick it up and refund our money. 0/10 for customer service. Never again!

I could actually force the pizza box in which i tried later but the cardboard would be hitting right on the element so not practical. I ended up putting the pizza on a couple of smaller trays.
