Lots of leftover salads and meats from yesterday’s BBQ. And some yummy dessert and we haven’t even got to Christmas day yet.

Humpty Doo steamed Barramundi with lime and a hint of sesame oil , served with hand made chips. Merry Christmas and Bon Appetit chookpenners !

Had honey glazed ham with a seeded mustard sauce and roast chat potatoes, pumpkin and carrot and steamed broccolini and beans at the Coogee Legion Club, it was superb and the better half had turkey with the same veges and gave it an A+.

Mezze style dinner tonight as it is to windy for an outside picnic.
Have ham, dolmades, olives, artichoke, pickled onions, caperberries, cheese and all sorts of relishes and pickles to choose from.
Just nicked down to Marrickville Metro around 1.30 pm to pick up some sourdough and milk and was expecting it to be busy but it was a breeze to get around, no lines and plenty of stock and staff on hand. I did notice my shop had a delivery today so there were two pallets of stock on the floor, so happy i wasn't there for that.
