Makes me want to watch all the old Disney classics on dvd again, I have quite a few of them but honestly couldn't tell you the last time I watched them.
I honestly cant describe it but there is a ride there in Fantasyland called Its A Small World, basically takes you through a riverboat ride displaying the diversity of all our world through childrens eyes, totally amazing, I had to go on it again later in the day, something that should be so twee and saccharin was just so amazingly refreshing to see and most people I saw coming out from the ride had smiles on their faces.

That's what I would miss if I lived in the US, fresh seafood, we defiantly have the best in the world[although Greece and Italy have amazing seafood too]. Did tuck into a couple of decent oyster feeds over there but the last ones I had in San Fran which tasted like our own Sydney Rocks were sourced from Canada.

Chilli chicken risotto tonight, will be good to have a home cooked dinner after 4 weeks away, just to tired after the flight to go tonight and feels like the dreaded holiday flu might be coming on also, so Roosters vs Souths on the new tv tonight with a bowl of risotto.

I think it has been coming on a bit from all the hotel air conditioning also but the plane probably has tipped it over now, just watched the Roosters, Souths game I recorded on the hard drive while I was away, the commentary was appalling.

Grilled salmon with a simple green salad and grilled mushrooms followed by pork and pineapples sausage from the Bulahdelah butcher, nice house sitting for friends and be able to have a bbq around the pool.

Nice mate, sounds like the life. BTW how was the weather up there last night? We got a bomb of a storm in Sydney late yesterday arvo.

I went to the Cronulla Beach Festival last night....great food and sampled some beers at the beer and wine tasting tents. Also some classic cars and fireworks after bands (INXS Tribute Show - (Formerly Original Sin) who put on a top show and their great mates 'Just Cruzin' a new band on the scene (one of my best mates plays drums in that band)) finished the entertainment on stage.

So didnt cook last night lol!

Yes it was a great storm, I was at work and heard the thunder so looked out the back dock and it was grey, 15 mins after when I finished work the skies were blue so I walked back to the place i'm house sitting in n Newtown and jumped in the pool for about 15 minutes then got out and showered, by the time I was out of the shower the huge storm hit, lots of thunder and lightning and heavy rain, it was spectacular here because the house has lots of skylights. It was so nice eating and cooking outside afterwards once the storm abated.

The festival sounds great, I am always up for a wine tasting or three

Are you another of my sons?

Apparently Turk has a twin (that his mother never told me about) and you seem to fit the bill.
