I'm doing my cooking for the week ahead before going for a one hour walk in the sun. I'm simmering some gluten free spaghetti which looks like glue with a can of tomatoes, chickpeas, chilli flakes, baby spinach and kale.

Have you tried alapaca ? it is a lovely lean meat to eat, have had it as a burger before in Berry but bought alpaca steaks at Eveleigh markets, very nice..

I still haven't recovered from Coles accidentally delivering someone else's very large trays of kangaroo mince cat food last week. I had to run out in the rain in my slippers to catch the delivery man (who is one of the regulars and very nice) and said come and take Skippy away...please!"Those who care about you can hear you, even when you are quiet" - Steve Maraboli

Things like camel, alpaca, kangaroo and emu are nice but not something you would have every day. The one meat that i do like is goat, have had in a few different forms, going to get a leg of goat to roast one day.
