Tomorrow I'm making barramundi with mash and veges and because it's Saturday, I'll have an afternoon tea treat of raspberry and coconut slice with custard.

Marinade of mine for you ladies and gents to try with chicken wings or pork.
Chop ginger, garlic and chilli fine and rub with honey then place in a zip bag with soy sauce and leave for a day.
Cook in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes each side and i promise you will enjoy the outcome.

That sounds delicious JB. I do similar with white fish or salmon minus the garlic as I'm allergic to it but I do put chilli flakes in just about everything, even a mug of soup.

I got my Coles delivery before 7am this morning and I got some very large lemons so I'll do the barramundi for lunch today with chilli, pink Himalayan salt and herbs. Also got some pasta made from quinoa so will make that for the week's lunches with mushrooms, red kidney beans, kale, baby spinach and lots of chilli flakes in a tomato herb sauce. Have a large block of tofu too and will cook that tomorrow and slice it up as it keeps well after cooking and have it with veges and chilli jam for weeknight dinners.

I was trying to work out Toups getting closer to the the record was in this thread last night but realised it must have been meant for the Game day thread. Was hoping Toups got a hat trick last night.

I get so excited with every try Toops my favourite Rooster scores as he gets closer to the record I don’t know where I’m posting I’ve promised should he break the record I will cook dinner the following evening to celebrate the milestone

The avocados have been excellent lately and so cheap, had some on a burger last night before watching the football and making ham and avocado rolls for lunch before work.
