I did a barbie last night with corn, potatoes, onions and some gourmet sausages (intentionally cooked way too much).
Also grabbed some nice, smooth German beers and carved a few jack-o-lanterns with candles inside for the kids. We ate outdoors (figured it'd be fun while there was no rain).
Overall a solid dinner! Glad I did it as it's bucketing down now, so I'm guessing it'll be less fun tonight. Hoping the rain stops for a bit so that I can put the lanterns outside and do a bit of trick or treating.

On Sunday night, I had salmon with both English & baby spinach, asparagus, boiled potato, cos lettuce and lemon. Dessert was half a large mango, blueberries and strawberries. Last night was just risotto and frozen veg as I was in the office for 11 hours. Did go out for a nice lunch at Barangaroo and had miso pumpkin with a sesame crust and sweet potato fries. Working from home for the remainder of the week so have gluten free Lebanese bread to make pizza for the next 4 days with the spinach again, brie, 2 kinds of olives, with both fresh and semi-dried tomatoes."Those who care about you can hear you, even when you are quiet" - Steve Maraboli

Made spag bol for dinner last night as it is an easy meal to make after having a long drive back to Sydney and when you haven't got a lot of fresh ingredients after being away, put marsala in the sauce which gave it a nice sweeter flavour. Then had some peaches which i bought from a farm up the coast.

It’s one of the biggest things I miss here… decent sausages.FVCK CANCER
