    • Slow cooker turkey stuffed with sweet onion and garlic. Covered with butter, sage, paprika, thyme and rosemary. Simple roast veges on the side including carrots, butternut pumpkin and potato’s with a side of steamed broccoli.

      Plenty of gravy made from the drippings.

      • Boring tacos for dinner tonight as it’s one of the kids turn to cook. All these dinners posted here recently are sounding very yummy indeed.

          Lol, was going to make tacos for dinner tonight to but got some marked down pork from Coles so making pork schnitzels instead and having it with mash and steamed carrot, zucchini and broccoli .

              • Spaghetti bolognese is on the menu tonight. I make a huge batch and freeze some for two extra dinners down the track.

                    I still have the spag bol in the freezer I made with the vegemite , i have made plenty more batches since then and all been eaten but the vegemite one just gets shunned lol, might use it for work lunches at some time i think.

                      • Tonight will be Barramundi with steamed veg and rice. I’m going to resist the urge to visit the new Thai restaurant that’s just opened up the street!

                          Tacos tonight, it was a flip between burgers, pork chops or tacos so decided on tacos because they are light and easy.
                          Going to hopefully do something seafoody over the weekend hopefully with fresh prawns or mussels or pippies or all three.

                            Where is the Barramundi sourced from seeing it isn't native to the area you are staying at currently ?
