Yesterday was thanksgiving so we did the whole American thing. I did a 17 pound turkey in the oven for 4.5hrs. Sides were stuffing, mashed potato, roasted honey glazed carrots, maple/bourbon roasted butternut pumpkin, steamed broccoli drizzled in ponzu and honey and of course turkey gravy.
Desert was apple pie and sweet potato pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
We now have enough food for the next 5 days!FVCK CANCER
