Turkey meat loaf with mash potato, corn, zucchini and carrot.

Last night was sausage and chickpea casserole with mash potato, broccoli ,carrot and zucchini.

Dined at Bahama Breeze last night. Was a fantastic feed. Started with some beef empanadas followed by some coconut shrimp tacos and pineapple prawns served in a half pineapple bowl. Was just awesome!

washed it all down with a lovely virgin pina colada in a hollowed out pineapple.

My wife is Japanese and she absolutely loves Japanese curry. I can't stand it but am fond of Thai and Indian curries. I love a good laksa as well.

I have a pie maker but will be using it for fritters and frittata over the cooler months. You can make all sorts of dishes in them like muffins etc also.
