And that line is brilliant! The Syd beer of that day....no fruity boutique beers around then.
Even when it comes to my Vermin cousin..but I do believe my passion for music came from spending time with him when I was little.even his email address is Led Zeppelin related....plus my immediate family also of course being so musical...LOL at the beer..Dad would have loved that comment..we couldn't even get him to go to Randwick when he would begrudgingly come to Sydney..he preferred Rosehill as it was walking distance from my sister's house..he said it was the best racetrack in Australia...
This is the other concert I went to:

This is the single....bear with me, it contains images that may offend.. South Sydney stuff. But the song and film clip is so good it's worth it. Old imagery of Sydney town is brilliant. Take me back.

Written by Perry Keyes whose music I have fallen in love with. Aussie talent plus. Will post some of his here later.

Jack! You didn't mention Rod is Gina Jeffrey's husband..you know I like details...

Mum loved her. I have her version of Radiohead's Creep which she performed for Triple M's Musical Challenge CD. I was in a music shop in Chatswood years ago where I used to shop regularly when I worked over there and a customer asked the person behind the counter, who is this lovely lady singing Creep?

Found her performing it at West Tamworth with Rod:

Yes indeed. I spent many a long night at West Tamworth Leagues.

She won Starmaker in Tamworth as Gina Hillenberg when I was there. We used to watch Keith Urban playing pub gigs at the Festival for free before he became famous too. Many a career started up there.

Better half can remember Keith busking on the streets at Tamworth before he made it big.
