Been obsessed with Powderfinger throughout their whole career and even though I don't consider myself a Queenslander when it comes to football, I am always happy to see bands from home do well. The Church had a very melodic sound different to everyone else too. These are wonderful:

Excellent line up in both episodes so far and a great mix of classic Australian artists and new ones too. Colin Hay's tribute to Greedy Smith was a lot of fun with the help of other artists and Nick Cave has performed from his home in the Uk. Episode 2 is co-hosted by Russell Crowe (don't shoot the messenger ). He may not like the Roosters but he sure does love Australian music and in the words of Ratcat "That ain't bad".
