I think the drain on the southern side of the Kings ave bridge is clogged up with leaves and twigs again. Was thinking of moving out to the old bus depot sheds but the pigeons there taste a bit too much like diesel.

Might volunteer as a COVID guniea pig for vaccine testing. I hear they are paying $18.45 and that might come in handy for half a pack of Winnie Blues that Sess has been trying to flog me for the past week.

I would love to play on the busses with you and Sess but sadly its only a bus depot by name only these days as the trendy mob came in a few years back and filled the place with home roasted peanuts, fancy sauces, overpriced deli products, fudge and wares from a few local struggling artists.

I only hang out there to get some of the leftovers from the bins out the back when the kids need a treat.

Toothbrushes have become a bit of a luxury item under our bridge. Its not the issue of getting one as I have been quite lucky and found some old steel wool in the bins at the Bus depot markets but the lakewater has tasted like utter crap lately. I mean that literally as well. We had a lot of rain here a few weeks ago and I think a lot of stuff flowed down from the grubs over at Queanbeyan and possibly some muck from the sewerage treatment plant at Dairy Flat road. Its been a bit of a blessing in disguise though as some of the lake carp have died and ive been lucky enough to get my hands on a few after the crows pick the eyes out of them. They are a bit muddy in flavour but make a nice change from pigeon every now and then.

That coffin box sounds a treat mate! Sounds sturdy so if youve got a spare, it would come in very handy as Sess hasnt been looking too good of late and he might be in need of a more permanent home soon. Its not Corona. Even that shit is scared of his smell! More likely hes got a bit of tetanus after he cut his toe on his latest pair thongs that made out of rusty old salmon tin lids or he has been drinking the lake water again without boiling it first.

Keep those Winnie reds safe mate and defo bring them with ya when you come down. They are like gold and we can bargain our way into anything with that kind of spending power! Dunno about you but I reckon a nice evening under the Commonwealth Ave bridge could be on the cards. Their pigeons are not too bad and I reckon we could get a spot with a view accross the carpark as well.

Im getting all excited at the thought!

It's better than a 14 day quarantine in a 5 star hotel mate lol.....

I am have been well, missing the footy but some things are a bit more important atm but am hopeful that things here will improve and the NRL can return the end of next month.
Everyone is safe and well and we only have had 1 new infection down the Gong in the past 7 days and my family at home and abroad are getting through it but a few are on the front line and my thoughts are with them.....

Last season, Allianz stadium, Members stand, Roosters game, Mrs bb was going down the stairs from level 3 to level 2 at half time.
She was at the side, holding on to the railing, (at my insistence as her eyesight looking down is not perfect).
Next minute a group of age 20 something males were behind her...in a big hurry to go nowhere.
