Its like saying that "lite" (why do they always spell it like that?) cheese is nicer than the full fat stuff. Just does not compute.

IMO if you genuinely feel that diet tastes better than regular, its only because you have force fed yourself diet for so long that you forgot what good tastes like..... good for the waistline but bad for the tastebuds
I guess we have different tastes. When I drink Coke, it feels like I am downing sugar. And I know there is sugar in Diet Coke, but I think the taste is nice. Or maybe I have trained myself.

And Lite cheese tastes better, very much so. And I LOVE cheese!

We have stopped stocking Diet Coke and Coke Zero in the 600 ml bottles where i work because nobody buys it and it goes out of date,we sell plenty of it in the 2lt bottles though.
I buy the Bega Extra Light cheese with 50% less fat for general consumption at home but will buy some nice full fat cheeses when entertaining.I quite like the taste of the low fat cheese.

I do like low fat cheese, but I like any cheese... I'm Italian, there has been a lot of cheese in my life haha.

Don't get me wrong I have light cheese on my sandwich every day... It's healthier and better than nothing.

But compared to a nice slice of extra vintage it is terrible. Trying to grill it, or even worse use it in a pasta bake or something is a bad experience.... It doesnt melt!

Pepsi lite is probably the exception to the "diet drinks taste crap" rule... It's actually ok.

I'm with you on that one, many a time I've seen a big girl whose squeezed herself into this spandex boobtoob dress that doesn't cover her butt that's about 10 sizes too small and thought 'geez I hope that's double stitched, or sometime in the night society will see far more of her than everyone bargained for'.

If you are a size 20, wear a size 20 and embrace the mantra that big is beautiful.

I swear some people don't look in the mirror before they go out in public.

                  Homophobia..

getting a bit sick of patrons stopping me at work to ask "are you gay?" and then laughing about it with their mates and then proceeding to "imitate" me by speaking with a lisp and using outlandish hand gestures...Quite odd, given I have flawless speech and grammar, and they are unable to string a coherent sentence together... Oh well, it cuts their evening short as after responding with something sinister and intellectual, their mates' laughter turns onto the antagonist, and then a bouncer is promptly called to escort all of them off the premises

When they ask you that why don't you ask them back why they want to know...are they interested in you ?

Why the curiosity about someone being gay ?

                          Can't stand low fat dairy.
And I generally avoid coke, without a decent splash of spirits in it coke tastes crap anyway.

Should be the other way around...coke ruins a decent splash of spirits...maybe a touch of dry...but straight...on crushed ice...

You get more in the glass that way as well without the coke taking up the space...

Yes a good scotch needs nothing else but a bit of ice but i do enjoy having a scotch and cola every now and then, would not use a good scotch for it though, actually might have one right now
