  • 10 things that annoy me

    1. All this Mary Mckillop bs. That cancer miracle story is hillarious.
    2. When will Mundine ever fight someone who's actually rated.
    3. Blokes who drive utes, they all think they're racing at Bathurst.
    4. Sam Kekovich telling us all to eat lamb. At $41 kilo I don't think so.
    5. Tollways. They're a massive rort.
    6. Reality shows, they're all rigged.
    7. The way oil companies jack up the prices of petrol when they feel like it.
    8. Pollies who let them get away with it.
    9. The way banks jack up interest rates when they feel like it
    10. Pollies who let them get away with it.

I agree with your list RC.

And I'll add one of my own - people who take up two seats on public transport when they've only paid for one and expect me to stand up so they can sit in comfort. As if.

I have a masive issue with people who get off an escalator and just stand there.
        They ****ing loiter.

In fact, any thoroughfare where people enter and exit at a rapid rate.
They grey rinse set love this shit.
Oh, I got off an escalator...ummm... I think I might stop and look around now, maybe even peer into my ****ing purse.

You can also add people who veer right when turning left.

I'll add people who don't understand the walk on the left logic.

Usually you see it in peak hour, say at a train station when everyone is going up the escalator, standing to the left and one or two idiots are blocking free-flowing traffic by standing in the way.

          It grinds my gears.

Yes, they probably think they are in London.

I would mainly focus on numbers 2, 6 and 7.

people that get on trains/buses etc wearing dirty clothes - the employer should provide facilities where the workers can wash and change clothes.
hoarders - people stocking up on essential items during COVID-19

As someone who is on a bus normally before 6am, I can relate to the dirty clothes passengers. I understand if they are on their way home in that state but why be like that in early morning? Surely one would shower prior to going to work in clean clothes..and please have your Opal card in your hand ready to swipe upon boarding..TOPPED UP ALREADY OF COURSE! It's not hard people...

Dudes who turn the main Roosters discussion into a political, left wing v right wing flame war and people who push political agendas in the main Roosters discussion forum. If they feel so passionate about it go to a political forum or facebook page on the topic or discuss those things here in the off topic discussion.

They weren't returning home after a nightshift were they?

I normally don't agree with you man, but the hoarders absolutely disgusted me and also the racketeers during Covid-19.

Its like when people wait in line to get served at work then get to the counter and they don't have enough funds on their card so they have to do a transfer while you stand there and wait, surely most people should know roughly how much they have on their cards funds wise.

Yes these systems are supposed to be put in place to make life easier and quicker but all it does is create a false sense of awareness. I still pay cash wherever I can and still use housekeeping money like a 1950's housewife but at least I can stick to my budget.

No, these are people who live in my neighbourhood who come out of their apartments, houses etc onto the bus before 6am. Construction crews start at 7am. I have one going on behind me right now in the property up the back.
