It's a build up sometimes.
Always getting closer to the point of no return, then you figure life's short anyway.
I dunno.
What should you do if they say no???
um
Depends on a lot.
Talking helps, if you're good at it maybe?
I'd offer to buy them a drink.
I dunno.
After all the doctor stuff last week, It kinda made me feel like keep trying because of knowing some people care.........even if we only have rooster addiction in common.
Usually deal with stuff like that on me pat malone, good question.
Every situation is different I think.
But occasionaly the odd question might make a difference.
I might.........have been in trouble if parky did'nt ring me the other week.
And sometimes knowing others, even if you've never met seem to care helps a lot in retrospect.
So hard to write this atm.
Can'rt explain a lot. Life can be extremely hard.
But without it, we got bugger all.
A lot of strength and power in your words and experience.Last edited by Parkway_Drive; 09-16-2017, 01:18 PM.Originally posted by boogie

A lot of people can't afford counseling and others dislike or are in some way opposed to taking medication. Do you tell them life is okay even if you think it really isn't. This campaign confused me
Horses for courses, I go with my gut instinct, being a good listener does help, not that I am one.
At the end of the day, if you give a shit, its way better than to not. But if someone is in pain, I dont or wont blame for how they feel or act. Just stay solid with them.
Funnily though this forum is a part of my life now. People on here, many I havent met are like family to me now.Last edited by Parkway_Drive; 09-16-2017, 01:16 PM.Originally posted by boogie

I'm not ok.
But...........................I still have my psycologist who is nearing retirement.
I still have a small community of Easts friends who I piss off.
I still have Parky, who's a much better person than he'll ever admit.
I still wake up every morning.
I still have responsibilitys , that even if I can't handle them, it means I'm sorta useful.
I still might have a future, ain't allowed to self destruct because that can be hereditory.
I still have my son (apparently I only have one son coz the other is now one of my daughters)
I still try to keep a civil relationship with my ex, even though she is a user.
I still care if the Roosters win.
I still have my new GP, who is one of the best blokes I've ever met.
I still have certain memories.
I am sick of life.
I wanna swap places with a better person who has cancer.
I am not worth it.
I still am honest.
