Phantom's comp is full Fitzy55, I suspect that's why it isn't working for you.
Someone else was running a comp too I believe.

If anyone is keen on playing in a Daily Telegraph Fantasy competition FOR CASH with a $40 entry fee and the following prize breakout, please PM me:

$180 - goes to the "Minor Premier" who is the leader on points at the end of the Fantasy "regular" season
$400 - goes to the winner of the Grand Final
$60 - goes to the loser in the Grand Final

The competition is comprised of players for whom this will be their second or third year playing the DT Fantasy game and who take it fairly seriously. In the last two years, the comp has finished ranked inside the top 1,000 of all competitions so there are no Fantasy mugs in this Private League.

Two spots have opened up because the two big winners from last year (the Minor Premier and the GF winner) have decided that they can't handle the pressure any more and won't be defending their respective crowns. The guy who won the Grand Final in 09 and in 08 and who uses detailed spreadsheets to manage his team has told us he can't do it anymore because it affects his work life - no wonder he won 2 years straight.

The $40 has to be paid before Round 1 and is held in the account of a Justice of the Peace (his details will be provided) for the duration of the competition. On the Minor Premier being decided, which may be earlier than the last round of the regular Fantasy season, the $180 prize is immediately paid. The final prizes are paid once the GF winner and loser are official according to the DT Fantasy scoring.

I think I've covered everything one might want to know about how we run our Private League but if I haven't and you're serious in your interest to add an edge to this game, please let me know. One last thing I've been asked to add is that this game is not organised by The Chookpen site and therefore the moderators cannot take responsibility for monetary transactions.
