Lock bumping is a lock picking technique for opening a pin tumbler lock using a specially-crafted bump key. One bump key will work for all locks of the same type.
In a nutshell, you can take a key, file down the valleys, and then use that key to get into just about any lock!
That's what I figured Punky Brewster but I thought I'd ask rather than just assume I knew.
