Not one Souths fan came into my shop to gloat! (Except my postie but her daughter goes for the Roosters). I did however have comments from the Manly and Canterbury fans who have shops on Bronte Road and my friend just yelled at them this morning, "At least our boys aren't "insert inappropriate names here"..."
    I survived Monday
And I still took orders today for Roosters lunch boxes and the new stationery kits for school so it's not like all of a sudden everyone has just given up.

I got a text from a Manly supporter mate whoreckons we're in for a long year. I feel a bit better knowing that we aren't the defending premiers who were beaten by last year's wooden spooners.

I went to past glory's wonderful Cafe Foveaux today for the Big Breakfast. As the man in the hat used to say, "Do yourself a favour..."

Also bought back a chicken, sprout, cranberry and brie sandwich for lunch and fruit salad and yoghurt with berries.
Nothing like stimulating the economy at a fellow Roosters fan's place of business (especially where food is involved ) to make one's woes disappear!
I sat under the special seat with the framed 2002 jersey above it.
