overseas car stereo

To all the techies.....if I get an mp3 player/ radio for my car from the USA, will I have issues with the radio? or it makes no diff???

i think the usa stuff is ok, dont buy japanese domestic market though, there is a fix foir jap stuff, but its a pain. buying off ebay beware delivery costs from usa as well as duty and sales tax, might be just as cheap to shop around here?

As long as it is powered by 12V and has the same aerial socket you should be right. What sort are you looking at?
