On a different note, Sat night went with friends to see Kate Ceberano sing up at an outdoor amphitheatre in the Perth hills. Thunderstorm was obliging & went went around us. Was a lovely evening. A long weekend here so very relaxed as that extra day off allows you to be. Had coffee with a Sydney friend before she goes back this week & looking forward to catching up with her again at Easter when I'm over. Very creative day yesterday with 4 bags finished including one for myself (at last) - very pretty black & white carpet bag with flowers, ribbons & beads adorning it. Now creating a lovely cream one for myself with pink peonie, pink, cream & olive green ribbons, pearls & pink beads. I'm a girly girl & proud of it!Last edited by WickedAngel; 03-03-2009, 12:19 PM.Don't be afraid to step out in the rain. Take a chance. Sometimes the only way to get your rainbow is by getting wet.

As long as it's all in moderation & you can get back to healthy eating when your hols are over.

I really like Kate Ceberano,it would have been great to see her live and you were very lucky with the weather.A friend wants me to see Jenny Morris at Lizottes restuarant on the Central Coast in March but it is on the Saturday before the Roosters play in Canberra on the Sunday,it would be a really rushed trip to Canberra if i do so,so i think i will give Jenny a miss even though she is great live and i really want to spend a few days before the game in Canberra also.

Never been on the Tramcar restuarant but have heard it's really good. Apparently Kate will be back at same venue next year so will be going again. Throughout summer they have different acts and the price is quite reasonable too. Take a picnic meal along with you as well.
Bummer about you missing Jenny Morris as she is great to see but you have to get priorities right! Always happens that way - 2 or 3 things you want to see/do are on at the same time. Am presently waiting to see if I have a ticket to see Chris Isaak at Leeuwin Estate Winery in Margaret River this coming Sat night (he's also there on the Sun night). Won't know until probably Friday so fingers crossed I get looked after. The weather forecast for the weekend is fine but it gets cold at nights down there & also need insect repellent.Don't be afraid to step out in the rain. Take a chance.
