I am so sick of useless people.The morons down stairs in our unit block left their awnings down during the cyclonic winds that hit Sydney last night,now one has snapped off completely and the other one is hanging by a screw,something that could have been completely prevented had they just rolled the awnings up Also because there is no power to the common area of the building one of the morons decide to force open the electronic gate and took it completely of its railings despite the fact that every unit has a spread sheet that tells you what to do during emergency in the units,all the gate needed was to turn the key lock to manual and you can slide the gate open,obviously the pot head cannot read.Then to add insult to injury we have just found out that their power point in the common laundry has not worked for awhile so instead of calling the owner to arrange it to be fixed they hack sawed the padlock on our power point and used our power
we had a padlock on our power point there because we don't use the common laundry as i have our washing machine in our kitchen.I am completely over it and have wasted most of day off so far chasing up things due to other peoples incompetance

Have spoke to the body corporate,thinking of sending the owner of the unit the bill for the repair of the awnnings,have been down this road before with another owner when one of their tenants crashed a removal van into the driveway gate.
Lucky the forced opening of the gate this morning did no major damage and hey presto one phone call was all it took to get the laundry power point fixed.Honestly i'm to scared to go away sometimes just to think of what i might come back to,i'm sure if the power went out in the building and i was away for two weeks the rest of the people in the block would walk around in the dark and wait for me to come back and do something about it

Will be talking to the owner of the downstairs unit,there are comings and goings at all hours from the unit,i know the tenants hit the whoppie weed a bit and also make some concoctions out of the cactus they grow but the amount of traffic that comes and goes suggest there might be a bit more happening.
