Thanks WickedAngelBig huggz to you too,Smudge has been gone for two years now but i have noticed her gone this winter moreso because it has been very cold and she used to like to snuggle,also i had rearranged the bedroom and a chair she used to sit on and look out the window is back in it's original spot again and i half expect to see her on the chair peeking through the venetians when i wake up.

Know exactly how you feel horrie.......murphy used to lay on the ironing board in sewing room when I sewed and there are times I look up from sewing and become teary because she's not there. Our pets become more ingrained in our lives than we ever could think they would.

I do the same. I try to avoid getting out the suitcase until my moggie has been delivered to his 'health resort' They are a pain in the preverbial once they spy anything bigger than a daypack.
