      • First week back at the gym for 2010 and my arms, stomach and legs are freaking killing me.

Sometimes the thought of not exercising and putting on the kilos seems very appealing. And today is one of those times.

        • I would like to know why when I go for a run that if there is any wind about that it is always a head wind and never a tail wind? It is bloody hard enough going for a run without the elements going against you.

I was having a discussion with someone at the pub tonight about what i might be doing with my holidays in September this year and he said don't wish your life away, thats exactly what i thought when i read your post before i went out to the pub Loz.

It is great planning holidays ahead but i find each year is going by quicker and quicker

You will still have great time though Lauren.

If it were this time last year and I'd just heard that, I probably would have agreed with you. But now that I'm in a job I love, I'm not counting down or wishing my days away. And it's always nice to have something really exciting to look forward to.

It's for my brother's wedding so it's all his doing, not mine!

I think i was just feeling a bit depressed last night,i was dwelling on how every year seems to get quicker and quicker.
I was just going through a box of stuff and found photos when i was in the UK and the Greek Islands back in 2000,i looked younger and was a bit skinnier thenAlso found some pics of my cat which i had forgotten about.

Where abouts is your job Lauren? i still thought you were a lady of leisure.

That's what memories are for horrie!

I left my 8.30-5 job in May last year and since then I've been working as a teacher's aide in a very special needs/ESL school with my Mum while I study teaching English to students overseas. It's a ****ing brilliant job.
