I prefer the Morris to the Mini.....

i agree phantom. my favourite being the Morris minor 49 model low light with the split front windscreen. was not a fan of the side valve 850cc engine which used gravity water cooling instead of a water pump, though.

torsion bar suspension. split diff, and a brake master cyl located in the right side chassis rail.

classic conversion for th mid 50's model was to take the 1000cc engine out and with minimal difficulty transplanting a dato 12 or 1400. saw one with a
12b wankel in it once.

they were hard to kill. Even the slant 225 held its own in its day.
I find it very hard to go past the E49 and E38 chargers, although not a fan of the floor mounted 3 sp box the E38 came with.
