Fawlty Towers

I guess some of you will remember Fawlty Towers. I have been lounging around watching reruns (again) and I was wondering, if there are any Towers fans, what are your favourite episodes and scenes.
Favourite scene is the the fire drill in The Germans episode and my favourite episode would probably be Basil The Rat.
