Guys for some reason my IQ deleted a heap of stuff including all of my beloved Roosters matches i kept bar 2 ( either that or my 3 year old accidentally did!)
I was hoping to get a few games i loved from last year on DVD. Happy to pay for them as well. Just dont want to buy them all for 29.95 from that website

    1. Both Souths games ( rnd 1 and Rnd 18)
    2. Bulldogs game ( rnd 19)
    3 . Canberra game round 6
    4. melbourne Game Round 14
    5. brisbane Round 20
    6 . parramatta rnd 21
    7. manly round 25
    8. West tigers Week 1

I know its alot but I am going nuts. As mentioned willing to pay!

You could just see them online from NRL.com/Bigpond sport.. I havn't tried downloading them but I'm sure you could try because keeping loading the games when viewing would take alot off your download limit.. If you want you could try to download during offpeak if your plan has that.

For low quality you can use the Firefox add on Ant Video Downloader. If you're with Bigpond its unmetered otherwise its around 700mb for a full game. You just start watching the game analyzer and in the bottom right hand corner of Firefox click download. It's very watchable at a reasonable resolution.

High quality you would have to buy the dvds since most torrents of the games are dead or don't exist anymore.

I have all the winning games on DVD but don't ask me how to burn copies.

If you still need some, feel free to ask and I'll educate myself

Is there a chance I could borrow your copy of the Tigers Final match and so I can copy it and have it for my collection? I will return it. PM me if thats OK

If there are any techy people out there who have these games taped, is it possible to upload them anywhere online? I'm sure every Roosters supporter would love to see games like Canterbury, Souths, Wests etc.

You can view all NRL games over the last few years here
                              http://www.nrl.com/video/matcharchiv...7/default.aspx

If you install a program called "Internet Download Manager" you can capture the stream. It captures as a 700 mb file for each half of football (1.4 gig per match approx)

You can watch the files on your PC, or connect your PC to your TV, or play the files through any media player (Western Digital, Patriot etc) connected to your TV. These are much better options than burning the files to a DVD.
