Charlie's carefree, hornbag approach to life is funny, Jake is so dumb he is funny, Berta has the best one liners in the business.

Alan is so painful !
I guess you need the straight man to make the others funny ....but he is so annoyingly painful !

I do indeed remember The Odd Couple and yes, now that you mention it, they are similar.
The one big difference is that the Odd Couple didn't have April Bowlby (known as Candy in the show)!

I luv this show! Never ceases to crack me up! The only thing is why does Nine have to fark around with new and old episodes? The ad will say a all new episode and I'll tune in and fark me I have seen it before!

Kandi (i believe how it's spelt on the show) is super hot but so are all the women! Even the ones Alan gets to date which is a stretch!!! Was the same with George on Seinfeld he didn't exactly date fuglies yet have a look at his head!
