Thanks everyone for some wonderful contributions to this thread this week. I haven't heard a couple of them before despite me having some of the artists well represented in my own collection already. Goes to show you there is still so much out there to discover and I love hearing new interpretations of old songs. I know I've posted this before somewhere but I'm posting it again as I love it so much. Miley was mentioned before and yes I had forgotten that she is Dolly Parton's much loved God Daughter. When she was born, Dolly said to Billy Ray, can I be her fairy Godmother? Miley covers The B***h is Back (sorry I just do not like that word as it's derogatory and cruel) but my favourites are Don Henley & Vince Gill covering Sacrifice and Emmylou Harris & Roseanne Cash covering This Train Don't Stop Here Anymore..Dolly is even in there too covering Please with Rhonda Vincent: Enjoy everyone and have a lovely week:

I have plenty of Erasure songs and i usually dislike anyone covering ABBA songs but i liked this when it came out, i have it on vinyl, it was the flip side of Oh L'Amour
