you go to any bar any place in the world and you ask for a lemon lime and bitters and this is what you get.
A REAL LLB does NOT have "voddy" in it.
The Perfect LLB
1. Rim the inside of a glass with 5-6 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
2. Add ice and swirl until the glass is evenly coated with Angostura aromatic bitters
3. Fill glass with lemonade or Sprite and a shot (15 ml) of lime cordial or fresh lime juice. For a low-cal version fill glass with soda
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime
Also the only reason why there is stuff all alcohol is because of the little amount of bitters that is used.
trent, seriously, you are making stuff up now.

and i dont follow that order
ice first like you would with most drinks, then bitters until the ice is orange then the lime juice...add the slice of lemon and lime first, then the lemonade..i dont know if theres any other reason other than its so much faster because the fruit slices absorb a shitload of the fizz and you dont have to top up as much..
but i had a few at the greenwood the other night, and they didnt use cordial and no lemon slice...just threw a piece of lime in there so it wasnt as nice

One of my favourites is vodka, pineapple juice and sparkling wine[we can't call it champagne anymore].

also, for anyone who's a wine drinker..

and shiraz and merlot

The differences in the four wines that you mentioned are the different grapes varieties.
Chardonnays are usually crisp and buttery but they do vary quite widly from different regions,a sav blanc is more like tropical fruit, usually a more passionfruit bouquet, the best sav blancs come out of NZ especially the Marlborough region.
Shiraz is quite full bodied and can be peppery where as a Melot is a light easy drinking variety which is quite often blended with cab sav.

Devo you are a classic.
Ive been drinking Vodka lime and soda alot lately. Also Wild Turkey and dry. I love Cab Savs and Merlots but have been right into Chardys, I know some richies who have a massive cellar with bottles going back to the 90s. As some may know whites can sour over time (reds generally mature) so they need help drinking the stock. Im always willing to help.
Ive just brewed a Skinny Blonde and a Ginger Beer, both 5% and both perfect for the warmer months.
Fark me it will be diet time after new years, but hey its Chrissy time, eat drink and be merry is the mantra.
