Horrie, try champagne & raspberry liqueur - extremely nice! May just have to indulge in a couple on Australia Day!

Another drink is champagne & southern comfort........discovered this potent concoction when travelling through California.........wanted to take the barman with me but the girl I was travelling with wouldn't let me........party pooper!

And let's not forget a Lime Daiquri or two or three........yum!

The passionfruit one came out nicely especially when i was using a cheapy $5 sparkling which was a freebee from work and was using some frozen passionfruit pulp which i found in the bottom of the freezer which was leftover from a few years ago when our passionfruit vine produced too much fruit.
Mario mentioned mixing with red bull,i can't stand the taste of red bull by itself but i could see it working with champers.
My favourite though is champers,vodka and pineapple juice[especially if you get the vodka quantities wrong]

haha good stuff mate. Last Friday at my local, i must have sunk 15 sambuccas along with 15 bourbons(plus 5 beers to start). I can tell you i felt all my 39.99 years the next day lol. I did all this before midnight lol.

Btw I'm at home atm, having a couple of quiet Turkeys and Dry. I used to drink this in my 20's and all of a sudden i switched to coke in my 30s. God knows why, Turkey is MUCH better with dry

Yes mate. My Uncle and Aunty send us a case each Chrissy, mixed Reds and Whites. Theres this Chenin White, mate its fantastic. When you see a bottle grab it and try it and tell me what you think.

I've driven past the cellar door plenty of times at Pokolbin but have never been in .Did meet one of the owners many years ago at my old work place Quaffers but never sampled any of their wines.Will have to give them a try as i tend to go to same wineries every time i visit the Hunter.

champagne cocktail, sugar cube in bottom of glass, 3 drops angastura bitters, a small slug of cointreaux,slug of brandy, top up with champers, girls will love you for it? great with breakfast too?midori slipper, champers with a slug of midori liquor.
an oldie, harvey wall banger
cointreaux, vodka top up with crushed ice and oj, garnish with slice of oj.
you can always play around with baileys, milk, tia maria etc.. some nice milshake types?
most good fruit juice can be sexed up with good vodka,any fruit liquer eg mandarin napolean, make up your own names,or ask your customers to christen them?...im thirsty now!

all the notes ive gotten bar a few have come from males..girls leave the shrapnel sometimes though
