We own 6 of them outright. We are selling one of them and just had an offer of $223000 on a which we paid $92000 for in December 2001 We will be accepting this offer The rent paid on this property has paid this place off on its own We wont be selling anymore of our properties The rent on the other 4 and investing this money wisely ensures we only work if we want to

The market better pray the dow is up big tonight. Basically money got thrown around cos some one heard ben was about to launch the QE3. ie print some more farking coin. The index went from -5% to +1%. Bogans like melon bought bargains "man everything is like so cheap". If this was a bear trap it is the worst i've witnessed. In all sincerity this market is now nothing but a washing machine of long/short by the big boys.

Why would you want to sell your home, that's where you live just sell one of the rental properties if need be but with rents the way they are just sit back and watch the money come every month. I really dont understand your premise sounds like you are a doomsday clockwatcher to me
