I love this song But it also makes me very sad at the same time

I found out a girl I knew took her own life when I was out one afternoon/evening The next song the band played was Drive The lyrics broke my heart made me think how low this girl must have been I didn’t stay long after that just wanted to go home and as I was about to leave I got a call from my Mum who was visiting my Dad who was in care she says I’m just down road ftom where you are do you want a lift home I said yeah A few mins later my Mum picks me up asks if I’d had a good time I said not really but everything will be ok As I was saying it the song came into my head Who’s gonna drive you home tonight So every time I now hear that song I think of the girl who took her own life and My Mum who is no longer with us who drove me home later on that night
