It was actually the hubby that told me about it. Yesterday he said I want to return to London next year because Jeff Lynne has announced the final ELO show in July. Then I saw you post the ELO song in here and it reminded me of it. If you get any news about an Australian tour please let me know.

Yes will do. I will have to sort my health problems out before i could commit to planning to go to London in July, seeing the specialist mid November to work out a plan of what has to be done and what i can and cannot do for the immediate future. Just hope he does come to Australia but i have serious doubts about that. Was playing music before i headed out earlier and an ELO song came on , a song that changed my better half's opinion of all ELO songs sounding the same and admitting that they really do like ELO. The song is called Getting To The Point from The Balance Of Power album.

Yep, the other half was only joking about returning to London next year as it’s too soon after just visiting there. But he was serious about wanting to see ELO in concert. I hope the specialist has some answers for you and you’ll have a clear and healthy path forward. And you get to return to London some time in the future.

          • As I always thought, the old music was the best. Much more sensitive and touching.

H, I was thinking I've got enough material just from Country or Irish genres to last 5 years or so. . But the theme crosses all types of music.
