A classic with John Prine and Nanci Griffith together. Haven't seen this clip before. Nanci recorded this solo and its been covered by a few. You would know a John Prine song somewhere along the way, a prolific writer.

Another from Priney, this one is certainly not your classic emotional love song. With Iris DeMent, always gets a laugh or two from the audience. My brother and his missus did this one live once too...that was fun.

Rate this lady up there with the very best of female vocalists. And found her on a TV series. Even if Ally McBeal wasn't your kind of show, the music of Vonda Shepard made it worth watching.

Was going to post another Vonda track 'Crying' as her vocals are amazing on it. But I remembered a guy called Roy Orbison recorded it and no one has ever had a voice quite like the Big O. This is an iconic clip. You might recognise a starry eyed guy playing the guitar sitting down on the right hand side. Yep its the Boss. Roys voice floored all other artists who played with him.
