Anyone watch this the other night.

Our current crop of hallway shitters, drunks, wifebeaters etc have nothing on the Roosters players of the 1920s. We had gangsters back then!

Check out Barney Dalton on wikipedia. He even had the Roosters colours on the show. Poor bloke got razored on the achilles heel and never played again.

These shows are getting worst by the series. The overuse of tits and arse is pathetic. If I want some of that I have my broadband. I wish the creators would concentrate more on the truth than coming up with pathetic story lines.

There's a documentary series called Tough Nuts and the last one was on Tilly Devine.
If you want the real story watch that.
Plus Tara Moss is the host, so that's a bonus right there imo!

I live just down the road from where that house was. They knocked it down about two years ago. There was a rumour that the grass was still discoloured where George Gaffney was shot.

I have watched the first 3 and they are very good. That Underbelly crap is annoying. Can't believe that the producers and channel Nine allow the writers to make so much crap and try to sell it to the viewers as factual or even a half facts. I still think that for a mini series type of show, Blue Murder was the best. I have it somewhere in VHS but don't have a player so I would like to find a digital version.
