Liken it to being invited into the home of someone for a cuppa. Treat it with respect & manners. They have the right to ask you to leave if you don't do the right thing.
Some will try to be smart & have several log-in names, but the style of each becomes apparent & eventually shines through to expose the similarity. And you are easily tracked by the mods/admin/owners with your ip.
Debate is good. Abuse & threatening others should not be tolerated.

Guys can I ask is he permanently banned? I think his banning had something to do with his avatar. He is a grumpy old ****er but I say let him back. I mean you have not banned Begurk despite his constant idiocy. Just my 2 cents worth.

Also, the high level of tolerance is one of the things I truly love about this forum. As long as you make a contribution generally it is usually tolerated if you have an occassional meltdown. Bring back the grumpy old man!

I understand your point mate, but we are tolerant and patient here - It's what sets us apart from the official wall. If people want to carry on, that's fine - it's when there are personal attacks / references to other members / staff when we take things completely seriously without question.

Fair enough Chris. Nobody could argue that you guys are not very tolerant and patient. If you feel he crossed the line then absolutely you are right to ban him. God knows I would have been banned from a less tolerant forum a long time ago. Too bad though as Cogburn was certainly good for a laugh. Cheers.
