Why is Madduke banned?

IMO Banning does NOTHING because the people who need to be banned generally have multiple accounts and IP spoofing software (on other sites that is... this forum's kinda good because it's small and isn't trolled/spammed much.)

Everyone that pushes it that hard knows that every time you click on a site that old "banned" sign isn't too far around the corner.

That said I am not a fan of the ban.

And here is me thinking that this site differenciated itself from the Wall. Yes we all push the boundaries in our posts, but that is what makes this forum the true peoples forum. Not sure which post caused Duke to be banned, but his unique wit and relevance/irrelevance always creates conversation.
