No, not in the spirit of the "game".

Should the NRL try to reintroduce the draft to stop the practice of players being signed to other clubs 12 - 18 months before their current contract expires. Also, to get better distribution of juniors.

I feel it would please players, managers and fans but not make a huge difference to the game as every team would have it. The only real benifit woulde be to the players.
Let's face it, everyone except the NRL wants it.
