Funnily enough, I do play fullback these days. Or did :-( It was a progression from the front to the back for an old bugger like me over the years. I was a 25+ a season goal scorer in my younger years, then went back to halfback in the middle of my hay days but for the past few years as progressed into Vets, this fat old bugger just slugged around at the back.

Well done to Juiceboy, MRIHK, and StephenJ re the diets.

Cudos to Ralph for donating a kidney. Organ donations are unfortunately not high on people's "to-do lists".

          Well done to everyone

Eating too much can affect your stomach and overall body very badly.
Eat 3 or 4 times a day but eat little at every time. Skip more fast and junk foods in your diet plan if you want to keep your weight in your control.

Well done mate. I have done similar. Went from 100kg to 86kg. That was 10 yrs ago.

Im now 47yrs and 5 weeks ago was 104kg. Im now down to 98kg, on the way to 92.

If i could give u some advice it would be to only go down to a weight that you can sustain by still enjoying life and not eating like a rabbit. Thats the mistake i made last time. I was 86kg when i was playing in the NBL as a 20 yr old. There was no way i could sustain that as a 37 yr old. The trick is to find yur perfect weight that u can maintain and still live life.

I have been 103 kegs for over 25 years, I put it down to food and food habbits. I eat fresh and cook from scratch I dont buy processed food or anything in a can with the exception of tinned tomato for sauces and I dont buy soft drinks and avoid sugar.

I eat breaksfast daily and cant live without fruit, during the week I eat salad for lunch and eat dinner very early BUT come the weekend I destroy anything that comes my way lol.

I once got to 79 kg & that's because I was training but if I don't train I just slim back to anywhere between 69kg to 73kg depends on what I've had over the weekend.
