That is ancient news now as we had recovered from that. I would be more concerned with how it got out this time round and the fact tney are telling us they cannot find patient 0. Personally I do not believe that for 1 second, all that contract tracing they do they cant find the initial patient.

I would say it is someone very well connected perhaps a former or even current MP or someonevery high up in business who has broken the rules, and they dont want us to know as all hell wil lbreak loose if it comes out. Perhaps they will come out and tell us it was Joe the camera man.

Thank heavens you don’t run the State you would have panicked and shut everything down. Ruining Christmas for the entire Greater Sydney and possibly the entire state.

We have a sensible compassionate leader who holds her nerve. The economy chugging along nicely here masks worn at your own discretion and not mandated.

Even if she is to blame for this latest outbreak. It certainly didn’t flare up due to locals living their life going gyms cafes beaches or pubs. It flared up again because someone who came back from overseas and was granted an exemption from quarantine didn’t do the right thing and stay home when they should have.

It is however spread because of people going about their head in the sand lives who think it doesn’t affect them. Those who think the gym, the beach and the lattes are more important than the well being of others. Masks or no masks, that’s only one part of the fix.

im not the premier, obviously, but it wasn’t me who shut down the northern beaches. It wasn’t me who ruined Xmas by panicking and shutting down borders to the other states. I guess the panicking by those states and securing their residents safety is over the top right? How dare they act to secure their residents health, safety and way of life?!?

I have no idea what you are saying but I don’t even drink so no, I don’t go to pubs. Its spreading in pubs as well.

Hey Andrew, With respect, I think that you rely far too heavily on our irredeemably biased MSM. The current end of community transmissions began with a breach of hotel quarantine by overseas flight crews but that has been buried in Glad's case and in the case of South Australia's quarantine breaches. Apparently "hotel quarantine" as a major mismanagement issue applies only to Victoria. The Peter Costello led Nine News had a piece last week urging people to get behind Glad as the best Covid manager over Jacinda Arden - "Let's not let the Kiwis win yet another trophy". Howz that for political spruiking? How could anyone have any trust in anything that the SMH had to say about Glad after that?

The latest spread began not in pubs and clubs, but by two old duffers who merrily drove around the Northern Beaches following Glad's example of not isolating after showing symptoms. The subsequent ballyhooed "Glad's Plan" was only announced after the local government authorities on the peninsular had ordered lockdowns in public places and restriction of movement. It was not on her initiative at all.

Amazing isn't it that the MSM gave the silly, ignorant, ill educated old buggers a free pass when it excoriated those two young girls who returned to Qld from Victoria with symptoms - remember - the "shoplifters" - the "enemies of the state" so called by News?
