It's not my place to tell someone what medical procedures they need to undertake RT. The right thing is whatever anyone feels comfortable doing with their own bodies. That decision can only be made by every individual based on what is right for them. Like Big Dog, I don't know of anyone who has had Covid but I do know of people through colleagues and friends who have reacted badly to the vaxx and one of them is now set for a stint in hospital. I'm sorry that I can't make up stories to satisfy the majority on here.

No one is making up stories and you don’t need to personally know someone to know the seriousness of this pandemic. If the whole world being torn apart by it doesn’t tell you a story, then I don’t know what would.

We all know people mate but one thing is certain... on an Internet forum, more often than not, no one knows anyone.

Well on this forum there are lots of us who do know each other in real life and not just from attending games. We've helped each other through births, deaths, birthdays, marriages, job losses, illness etc and that's why we keep coming back. Well it's Sunday night so time for me to go and prepare for the working/study week so I hope you have a great week RT and the same to everyone else on here.

I found this commercial Freddy did last year in regards to quality sleep and the immune system. Seems my habit of going to bed early is a good thing. I know this one is a year old but the message is still relevant:

I think you misunderstood me RT. I'm not denying Covid is very serious and do I read news from all over the world as I have family in the UK and the US too so of course I keep myself informed as I worry about my nieces and their husbands and children. I mean for me, no one in my circle of family, friends or colleagues has had Covid but we are now experiencing instances where people in this same group are now having reactions to the vaccine and one of them is now slated for a trip to hospital. I'm not sure how the hot stove analogy relates to any of what I've just said either. Again, I will wish you a very happy week RT. Take care and be happy.

Your friendships are to be celebrated however safety in numbers won’t protect anyone against covid.

Standing up for your mates is one thing but not guiding them in the right direction woukd put a big question mark on such a friendship.

The right direction for Andy or any other of my friends is whatever direction they choose to take. As a friend, my role is to be supportive and non judgemental. If I am failing Andy as a friend in some way, then I am very sure he will tell me so and in no uncertain terms too. Not sure why you are telling me how to conduct my friendship with someone I've known for 12 years. Horrie has had his double jab and I support that choice too. Unlike some of you, we actually don't sit around comparing who has had what jabbed, what kind of jab and when. We talk about the footy, horse racing, food and music..very important issues..

Funny your new friend on here said I could nag for Australia at Olympic level but the only nagging on here is being done by the menfolk..

I understand what you are saying. You are right to support your friends. You are also right to correct them when they are being a goose. One of your friends on here was a goose about it all very early on and you know it. Since then, Sydney’s issues have become a nightmare and rather than support the obvious solutions and remedies that most agree on, they seem to belittle those systems. Sometimes to be a mate, you need to pull them up. I know you say that you can’t get the jab and that’s unfortunate but if you could, I have no doubt you would do the right thing by your friends, keep them safe and get the vaccinated yourself.

As for my new friend. I have two ways of looking at things... I have no friends but I am friends with everyone.

Andy , were you at the beach at Bondi, or the others in eastern Sydney today and the photos looked anything like people doing the right thing.Was it a media trying to manipulate the photo or were most truly obeying the rules.Serious question too.

Not quite It appears to be about someone claiming RWB is not being a true friend as she supports peoples decisions to make decisions for themself. That someone believes she should be telling them what they themself think they should be doing and what choices they themself think they should make. The person whom is doing this seems very disturbed and has an unhealthy obsession about RWB allowing her friends to think and make decisions for themself that do not align with his way of thinking. It appears they may very well think RWB can turn this whole covid thing on its heads with her words to one person.

I wasn’t at Bondi I had seen no footage of anything today but your answer here was exactly what I expected in that they used old footage. Where I was people were pretty much doing what is expected.
