Paranoia can be one of the first signs that something is not quite right upstairs. It could be a chemical imbalance or something a bit more serious. It could also be self inflicted if, for example, you are mixing medications with alcohol. LOL you and I and know who that was directed at and why The inference was well and truly drawn But by not quoting you give yourself a get out clause which you have taken when the heat gets put on because you are a weak individual who would not dare act this way to anyones face. RR and RT, please don't take that personally from me as I really hate seeing what is happening in this thread and it's not a reflection for me personally in regards to my opinion of both of you either. I just want to help Andy as I've known him a long time. He made an effort to come and see me in my shop and introduce himself to me when I was going through a rough time and was scared being alone in there after being assaulted, so even though that was more than 10 years ago, I don't forget stuff like that and who was friendly to me when I needed it.

No worries at all. I can't help with self control today as it's my treat day after a week of eating kale and quinoa..I almost ate a Violet Crumble for breakfast..well it does have honey and milk in it...

I don't dislike Andy either. Hes entitled to his opinions. I just find it hard to understand him from time to time when he writes anything more than one sentence. Without punctuation, it all gets a bit mashed up!
