There's no tag team Andy. You've just managed to get upset to two differing opinions to your own. Glad you will be showing some self control as you were getting a little wonky there for while.

Sugar hit first thing in the morning. Love it! Enjoy your cheat day. Saturdays are shitty food Saturdays for me. KFC is my Saturday staple!

LOL I don’t need help with that There have been n many instances in life I have had to show it. How do you think I was able to get through the family courts and end up with my Daughter. Self control and discipline is very easy to exercise when one wants to or finds them self thrust into a situation where they have to. On this occasion it is the former that applies.

As for breakfast I’ve had my banana and cocoa shake with the blender Yum I’m leading a fit and healthy lifestyle these days Only drink occasionally and in moderation keep fit with plenty of exercise and training I’m 10kgs lighter than what I was the last time I saw you I am more than likely moving close to your way soon end of year early next Definately meet up at park with My Daughter some time then like you mentioned earlier on.

I am very happy for you and I know from the very beginning that you are a good dad otherwise you wouldn't have had her from when she was very little. I've lost so much weight too since I got sick in 2017 because they found gallstones the size of Sam Burgess' head inside (I have photos..of the stones, not Sam ) and I had pancreatitis which took ages to get over. I had a gluten free frittata this morning and a black coffee in my 2013 grand final mug..just waiting for Woolies to bring my shopping as I'm on a really strict regimne during the week and they have the Macro Wholefoods range I can eat. Drinking messes up the mind and soul..haven't had a drink since Mum died in 2006..I am so happy you are moving over this way..I'll look forward to having you and your daughter in the neighbourhood..Thirteen lives close by too with his lovely family..

I'll chat to you too RT . Speaking of rain, I got up at 4.50am this morning and it was raining by 6.30am. Went to Coles 3 doors up at 7am when they opened as rain had stopped and all of a sudden it got very dark like midnight and thunder and lightening started as soon as I got back inside. Now the sun is out..

It’s hard for me to type this without getting upset so best I stop now. It really has been a terrible couple of years. I’ve only just recently been able to get back on here and start posting again. I’m just so grateful to be a Rooster’s girl and to have experienced some premiership back to back joy amongst all this sadness and loss. I’m also so glad you’re still here on the Chookpen.
You are very welcome and I know that Christmas this year is going to be very hard for your family as these occasions tend to revolve around our mothers. I'm just going to keep myself busy watching those Hallmark movies and listening to George Michael as Christmas Day is his anniversary. I have friends who are from different faiths and they don't all celebrate Christmas so I'll catch up with them at various times over the break seeing as I won't be doing any trips anytime soon. I've made some playlists for my sister and niece to send to Victoria so at least my music collection will make an appearance this year. Music can soothe our souls and minds and it brings people together too.

I have lots of Roosters friends from Canberra... I always thought I'd be happy living there too as it seems civilised and I'm a nerd who loves museums and galleries and markets.

Markets are fairly non existent here since Covid especially as the Old Bus Depot markets have been closed since it all started. Not much else to chose from unfortunately. Its funny also how people from Canberra go to Sydney for the museums and galleries and the people from Sydney come here. Everyone likes to see what's in someone else's back yard!

It’s on down here as well today. Light show and thunder earlier today and constant steady rain ever since. I have never seen Canberra as green as it is right now after all the rain over the past couple of months. The dams are overflowing also!

Where do u play touch football mate?

I'm sure you probably play with or against mates of mine. I reckon we could be in the same vintage. I play a bit of Vawdon Cup still (do you?) but I'm getting on lol...

BTW a few of us hung around after the game last night and enjoyed a few brews and a feed. Met up with other guys and girls from other teams as well for chinwag and a laugh...

My Mom is elderly and in a at risk group but she is fed up and has decided to go back to living her life though with some caution but she always washed her hands etc, it was good manners, hygiene and courtesy as most of her generation have in abundance. But she knows the younger folk need to, our biology programmed us to do....

Weather has been a dogs breakfast today, wasn't raining when i woke up just after 6.30 am but then heard distant thunder and then the heavens opened up around 7am, rain had stopped by the time i got to work and could see the sun coming through the sky lights in the centre, then heard thunder again and heard the rain tumbling down then the sun came out again, it has been so humid between the rain.
