        • I enjoy GT’s input. Seems to be someone who calls it as they see it. Nothing wrong with that.

            Good morning RT.

I just find this poster is contradicting himself, sometimes even in the same post. In one message to Andy he demanded he get a jab and for me to 'please do so if you can' after I specifically said I couldn't but then in the other thread regarding games being cancelled in the main part of the forum, he's all of a sudden gone polite saying "Oh, it's not compulsory. Why are people getting so upset about the vaccine?" I can see right through this one RT. It's also not ok to accuse forum members of being in attendance at a riot when they made it very clear they were not. Also, joining a forum for the sole purpose of stirring up trouble is being a troll as Horrie pointed out. He freely admitted he's been watching and monitoring comments. That is more unhealthy than Covid. There is no cure for creepiness.

I'll be away from here for a while now, not because I'm off having a sulk but because I'm going to be doing some further education online for a new course I'm looking into so will be limiting my screen time. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the season whenever and however it plays out.

            Keep calm and follow Easts..

See You RWB . I'm sure you will be sourly missed . There is no cure for old ladies that are domineering , demeaning , manipulative , resentful spinsters either . Enjoy your study and oh if you don't get this directly i'm sure your lap dog will pass it on.

good to see you back rwb. i don't agree with your comments on the vaccine but i'm a rwb fan and you've got the old school qualities of a rugby league community and i like that. speaking of which i'm missing the footy wisdom of @Jack's Fur Coat the politically paranoid ol p ...urveyor of sagacity.

you used to have 'it's more important to be kind than to be right' on your profile and i think that's a good sentiment. it's not enough to get the head right, you've also got to get the heart right.

but you've also got to get the head right. if you're sick in hospital, kindness in a nurse is gold and can help your recovery but if she mucks up your medication she can kill you.

Hi Zac, just to clarify, I've only posted exactly what the 2 professors looking after me have told me. I need to follow their advice of course so I can't really help if if you don't agree with their diagnosis. I'm not sure why you think they are my personal opinions. So just one more time to make it clear, I cannot be vaccinated on medical grounds as per the advice given to me by my GP, 2 professors and my pharmacist. And yes, the Endone they gave me in hospital caused a seizure so you are right in saying the medication I was given back in 2017 was very harmful. By the way, I never did get to say how sorry I am that you had to have chemo for a whole year. That is way too long and I'm really pleased you are ok now. One of my sisters had chemo, the other died when she was 6 years old from leukemia before I was born (My parents actually lost 3 daughters in the 1960's before I was born. One was aged 5 days old and never left the hospital and the other girls died in the same year aged 6 and 12 respectively) and my older sister is having radiation and medication for her cancer currently but no chemo. So we have been through a lot as a family and it's made us kind, resilient, patient, open minded, open hearted and respectful of others. I just was given a pay rise and promotion at work for all the extra time I've been putting in mentoring young people including one with a learning disability as we all work from home so he has a direct line to me anytime he wants. The company has put a recognition on the website also thanking me for my work, describing it as flawless. The course I'm looking into is natural therapies as I gave a impromptu quick video talk the other day to a group of over 100 people on the importance of Mindfulness particularly during lockdown when one day can seem much like the next particularly for those homes schooling young children. So instead of whinging, I choose to help others every day and make the most of life as I believe what you put out is what you get back. Thanks for your message and I really enjoyed getting to know you on here too. Keep watching our shows and enjoy the winter sunshine Zac.

                    • I'm getting sick of people not checking in with the QR code, the number of times i have to prompt people to sign in, then they go and say sorry i forgot, we still have the paper sign in for peoples phones who aren't compatible but we are still getting people who refuse to sign in in any form point blank and they go oh i will go somewhere else then, and i say great you will encounter sign in where ever you go.

Unlike you, I can take or leave it on here as I don't have to sit behind a keyboard all day. Just because someone sticks up for their friends on here and asks you to be respectful, that is not actually nagging. It's called manners. You were the one who repeatedly suggested that I get vaccinated..LOL..nag much yourself? Go back and look at how many times you have told forum members to get the jab..Happy to forfeit my gold medal over to you with a recount..
I think I’ve just worked out who they are too as they make the same spelling error as another poster. And I’m not sure you’re thinking the same poster as me RWB.

I don't think he understands that most of us have now implemented the 'ignore' function so in essence, he's rambling to himself and no one will bite back now. Posters like this have a shelf life as we all know, being members on here since 2009. I remember at school, there used to be always one kid in the class who would always be tripping over his shoelaces. This poster is a bit like that, fumbling and bumbling his way around this forum lurching from one thread to the next. Someone just did send me a screenshot of the insults he hurled at me and we had a good laugh about it as anyone who knows me understands that I'm none of those things, particularly the domineering one! Both of my brothers in law always used to say to my sisters "Why can't you be easy going like you little sister?" Meaning me of course..No one uses the word spinster anymore either. Just because someone isn't currently married doesn't make them a spinster. Look at the divorce rate world wide. Being an Empath means I can also see into the future like I did when I predicted the NRL grand final winners 12 years in a row, sometimes up to a year in advance. I told Andy and my brother in law that Selino would win the Sydney Cup 2 months prior to that happening (happy birthday to all racehorses today in the Southern Hemisphere by the way) so I'm really grateful that I didn't end up marrying any of the men I have dated in the past, 2 in particular are now divorced themselves from the other ladies they went on to marrying so I'm happy to have escaped any possible heartache either myself or my family would have gone through because of that. Quite a few posters on here have talked about their own divorces and custody battles, so again, I am always mindful and respectful of anyone's past heartaches and that is why I have so many people seek me out just to chat. That is why I am looking into getting some qualifications so I can continue my work to help others less fortunate.

Good morning lovely lady! Yes I didn't even need my crystal ball for that one. Oh they really should have learned by now that nothing good ever comes from trying to mess with others on here. I hope you are well and I really hope your daughter has been able to continue her new job. It would have been so horrible if she had been up here in Sydney and not be able to work.

nothing better than winter sun - every ray right on the money ...

i'm not criticising your decision not to take the vaccine. i understand and support it (and would encourage everyone else to take the vaccine so that people like you have less chance of getting the virus and perhaps get very sick). you're following medical advice which is what all of us who are taking the vaccine are doing. good heavens - why would i disagree with a doctor's advice on something like that! it's not that i'm criticising - it's more that you seem to be quite vocal against people who can see the benefits of the vaccine. e.g. you're friends with aw - that's great - but friends don't always have to agree with each other.

when i made the comment about the nurse i wasn't referring to you (i didn't know your specific history - sorry to hear about the endone), it was more a general comment on how it's good to get the heart and the head right.

But I do agree with Andy's opinion Zac and not just because I am friends with him. I'd take a bullet for him and/or his daughter and not just because I am an old worthless spinster with no life worth living anyway according to our newest forum member. I'm vocal about not forcing people to go and have medical treatment when they may not be comfortable doing so. That is why hospitals have consent forms, a fact that seems to be lost in all of this.

I respect his right to choose what goes into his body. I agree with Big Dog & some of what Rocky Rhodes said too and I don't know either of these posters personally and that shouldn't matter. Some of the comments directed at Big Dog in particular are appalling. What mystifies me about this place is that if we know someone who has Covid they get sympathy but if we know someone who is now unwell because of vaccination, they get called a village idiot or foil tin hat wearer. That makes no sense to me. We can't pick and choose who gets sympathy and who doesn't but some on here seem to be selective.
