Just watching the pregame ads on Kayo - what is this Canadian Club stuff? Is there anyone can explain the premise behind this ad, implying there are a whole bunch of people who are only drinking beer because of peer pressure?

Isn't it a pre-mixed drink - whiskey and dry ginger ale - never had it myself - bit like Fawly Towers when the guest wants Basil to make him a Waldorf Salad ( apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes in a mayonnaise sauce) - run out of Waldorfs -Comes back and asks the guests if he's ever tried a Ritz salad and explains what's in it ( apples, grapefruit and potatoes in a mayonnaise sauce) . Guest - don't think i've ever tried that and i dont think i ever will.

here's a thought - when we're defending a 7 tackle restart from the 20m line we should lie all over the first tackle, really slow it down. they'll get 6 more tackles which is what they had already but we'll have slowed the play down by a couple of seconds.

Scotch is mums milk to me mate...johnny double black. When it comes to beer hit me with a pub draught old skool Reschs or New and I'm happy. The James Squire brewery had a brilliant drop...Highwayman I think, I loved.

mother's milk is Rum , Bundy of course , partial to Carlton still being old and a country boy it was Carlton or Reschs , and I don't drink muddy water

I've grown fond of Jamiesons - smooth enough for me to double up with my beer. Monkey Shoulder also a very good scotch at a reasonable mid price.

If I've ever got a spare buck its Ardbeg, I've never smoked but when it comes to Scotch the smokier the better. Jammys ok though....gets a nudge on St Pats Day to celebrate my Irish ancestry.

Iron Jack goes out of date at work, even when we promote the cases for special and have to do a stack for it i just trot out the 3 cases we have sitting out the back and when the special ends a week later i just put the same three cases back out the back again, it eventually gets close to the best before date and we have to reduce the price and even then its a struggle to move it. At least they have deleted the long necks out of our range now, hope they do it for the 330ml bottles.

I thought CC was a Canadian whisky. Canadians love the stuff. Is that what you meant? Japanese beers are pretty good.
