Yep Canadian Club is a Canadian whisky, you can buy it straight or it also comes pre mixed with dry ginger and you can also get it pre mixed with cola but the cola one was a miserable failure at work so they got rid of it, Dan Murphys still sell the premix cola one.

Ahh got you. I've never enjoyed those cans of mixed drinks but they seem to be very popular.

I like Boddington's English ale myself. Stones green ginger wine is not a bad drop either.

Southern Comfort and coke is very smooth, very nice with a little ice.
Easy on the Southern Comfort...it's 43% alcohol.
When I first discovered it some decades ago at after work office drinks, I was putting too much SC in the glasses.
By the time I left the office and eventually reached my stop, the SC had crept up on me...and I nearly fell off the bus!

Just watching the pregame ads on Kayo - what is this Canadian Club stuff? Is there anyone can explain the premise behind this ad, implying there are a whole bunch of people who are only drinking beer because of peer pressure?

I only blame myself for my beer drinking. I am currently in a long term relationship with Asahi Dry's.

i think it's like if you go to a shop and they don't display the prices you know you can't afford it. if they don't tell you what's in canadian club you know it's not worth drinking.

i don't go for mixer drinks. too sweet.

asahi's a good drop but for mine, there are no bad beers. if you drink sensibly alcohol is one of the best things going around
