The elderly and vulnerable SHOULD all be vaccinated by now. Surely
There SHOULD be enough doses of vaccine to vaccinate the entire population. Nope
At least half the population should be vaccinated by now. Nope
Constant lockdowns are destroying the economy and businesses. Absolutely.

IMHO the only way to get out of this mess and get back to some sort of normality is to fix the quarantine system, stop foreigners coming in and out so easily, and get everyone vaccinated! While the majority of the population is not vaccinated lockdowns will continue.

Pollies, stop playing politics, get people vaccinated and sort out quarantine.

We sure do need to stop the arrival of the virus onto our shores. If you have not come home by now after almost a year and a half, you don't want to come home and shouldnt be considered as a priority.

I know plenty of people (so called Aussies) living abroad who are constantly moaning and groaning that they cant get home yet all they want to do is come back for their yearly break from places like the middle east. Australia is not a holiday destination right now for anyone except for locals and by locals I mean those currently residing in Aus. Coming home for your yearly holiday and using covid as your excuse before going straight back overseas is a selfish act and endangering those who are trying to get by here in our home land. Its costing millions of dollars to Aussie taxpayers and taking valuable time and recourses that could be better spent elsewhere in the current climate.
