My aim is not to get it at all. Although in saying that I am pretty sure both my Daughter and I copped it in early March last year. Went to Dr unable to get tested as that was not ready to go Was told to isolate for the 14 day which we did. There is no guarantee one can avoid illness. However a good diet not drinking in excess and not smoking, maintaining physical fitness, along with taking the right vitamins gives you the best chance. I also work from home which helps.
