Get tested for antibodies, then you’ll know rather than just speculating your illness was COVID. How would you have got it?
How will you avoid it? Can you avoid getting a cold or the flu?..it’ll be interesting to see

I would have got it through a long afternoon drinking session with an Irish fella at the pub who had just arrived a day earlier in late February. In a way getting sick like I did changed the way I ,live as that day I went on a bender I was then taking a month off booze Got sick and didnt drink for 5 months and Now I rarely get drunk.
There is no guarantee one can avoid illness. However a good diet not drinking in excess and not smoking, maintaining physical fitness, along with taking the right vitamins gives you the best chance. I also work from home which helps. Apart from last year the last time I was fully ill was 2011 and 12 with bronchitis then the following year I decided to have a flu shot and was hit with the flu not long afterWhen you trust your television

no one here has a problem with you not taking the vaccine - following medical advice is what those of us who are getting vaccinated are doing
