Well Putin addressed the unfortunate plane accident saying Yevgeny Prigozhin was "a man of difficult fate, but talented" and sent his condolences to his family. That clears his involvement!

Like everyone else I don't know a lot about Putin because there is no reliable objective info about him in the West apart from the Oliver Stone interviews and the writings of Professor Sachs, just a US inspired propaganda blizzard is what we have. I certainly couldn't credit your opinion.
