The Empire benefits from the wide belief that propaganda only happens to others. I often say that those who have been propagandised into accepting the mainstream worldview are stupid, but, really, from what I can tell the successfulness of empire propaganda in taking over people’s minds has very little to do with anyone’s intelligence. The denazification and demilitarization Reason has been well and truly debunked and replaced now with the old West Proxy War Narrative.

Facts are that all the financial and military support the Russian Federation provided to dissident groups to Russify Ukraine failed hence why the Russian Federation invaded Ukraine to Russify Ukraine by force.

The Russian Federation expected Ukraine to be a push over militarily based on their Crimea Annexation which was a view shared by both Russia and the Wests based on the perceived superiority of the Russian Military vs Ukraine's.

Both Russia and the West over estimated the ability of the Russian Military to wage war and under estimated Ukraine's Military ability in defending Ukraine against unprovoked Russian Military Aggression.

You forget to mention that the Ukraine voters elected a Government which was not a Kremlin endorsed Government as a true democracy is a foreign concept under Stalinist Little Legs Putin authoritarian and totalitarian regime.
